What are the delivery timelines after payment?
Standard Delivery
2–3 business days after receiving full payment and finalized script.
Rush Delivery – Turnaround: 24 hours (Additional fee applies).
Bulk Projects (e.g., eLearning, Audiobooks) – Turnaround depends on project size. Typically 5–10 business days. A timeline will be confirmed after review.
When does the delivery countdown start
Once both payment and final approved script are received. Revisions or late script changes may reset the delivery timeline.
What format will I receive my voiceover in?
Standard: MP3 or WAV (your choice). Others (e.g., AIFF, FLAC) available upon request.
Do you provide revisions + retakes free of charge?
Yes! All of my packages include unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with your files.
What if I need it urgently?
Rush Orders are available at an additional cost. Contact us directly before purchasing to ensure availability.
How will I receive the final files?
Via email or cloud link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). Optional delivery through your preferred platform is available on request.
Do you work on weekends?
Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM. Weekend delivery is available for rush orders or with prior arrangement.
Do you provide more than one take?
Yes, I usually do. Though I offer unlimikted revisions a sstandard so I know you will always get back to me with changes and preferences in your feedback, so you never have to fear your stuck with the first read.
Can you provide a range of accents?
Yes. My work to-date includes US, UK and Australian accents and I love voicing characters!
